Industrial IT Business Manager


real driving force behind your team, you will be responsible for ensuring that your projects in the field of industrial IT/MES (Manufacturing Execution System) progress successfully. You will report directly to the branch manager and take on the following responsibilities:

  • You will analyse tender specifications in order to respond with the most suitable technical solutions.
  • You will be a manager at heart and you will cost out and conduct projects with a dual objective: to optimise customer satisfaction and guarantee a sufficient margin.
  • You will be responsible for the technical and financial management of projects.
  • You will foster and maintain long-term and fruitful relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Through your leadership and leading by example, you will motivate and coach colleagues and subcontractors.
  • You will participate in strategic monitoring and technological surveillance of the product line with the aim of developing these aspects and promoting know-how as well as creating opportunities internally.
  • You will offer timely support to the sales team to provide technical and commercial support to the offer made to the customer.
  • You will participate in the preparation of the annual budget for the department and will actively contribute to achieving the targets set.


  • You are an engineer or technician with a specialisation in industrial IT.
  • You have solid experience in managing industrial IT/MES projects (min. 5 years).
  • You are familiar with industrial processes, principally in the agri-food, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.
  • You are proficient with relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle) and programming languages (.net, C#).
  • You have technical knowledge of MES products by the following publishers: Wonderware, Siemens.
  • You are familiar with instrumentation and control products (SCADA).
  • Knowledge of Siemens or Rockwell APIs (PLC) is preferred.
  • You have a good command of both French and English.
  • Your ability to initiate contact and build lasting professional relationships enables you to win the trust of your customers.
  • You are known for your interpersonal skills and reliability.
  • You are open to national and international travel.
